These terms describe the permitted use of Virality for TikTok content scheduling, collaboration, OAuth account connection, and consent-based workflows.
Last updated: May 2, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Virality features related to TikTok content scheduling and collaboration, including the Telegram bot, website pages, account connection flows, and related services.
By using the service, connecting a TikTok account, or inviting team members, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, agency, client, or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and to manage the accounts you connect.
2. Service description
Virality is a tool for content scheduling and collaboration. It helps creators manage their own TikTok accounts and helps authorized marketing teams organize account workflows, draft planning, approvals, notes, and publishing schedules.
The service is provided through a Telegram bot and related web pages. TikTok accounts are connected individually through OAuth and the official TikTok API. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok unless explicitly stated by TikTok.
3. TikTok account connection
Each TikTok account must be authenticated separately by the account owner or an authorized user through TikTok OAuth and the official TikTok API. You must review the permissions shown during the OAuth process before granting access.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal and contractual right to connect, view, schedule, or manage any TikTok account through the service. Do not connect accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
You may revoke access or stop using the service at any time. Some features may stop working if OAuth access is revoked, expired, or removed.
4. Consent and permitted use
The service does not perform TikTok automation without user consent. Any action involving a connected TikTok account through TikTok OAuth and the official TikTok API must be requested, configured, approved, or otherwise consented to by the authorized user.
You may use the service only for lawful content planning, scheduling, account management, and collaboration. You must comply with TikTok policies, Telegram policies, applicable law, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and any agreements that apply to your accounts or content.
You may not use the service for spam, phishing, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, engagement manipulation, artificial amplification, deceptive activity, or any attempt to bypass platform restrictions or security controls.
5. Team collaboration
If you invite team members or share workspace access, you are responsible for managing those permissions. Team members may see account labels, planned content, notes, approvals, and other shared workflow information depending on their access level.
You must make sure that collaborators have appropriate authorization and understand the policies that apply to each TikTok account and campaign.
6. User content
You keep ownership of content, drafts, captions, notes, campaign materials, and other materials that you submit to the service. You grant Virality a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, publish, schedule, or share it. We may remove or restrict content or access if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
7. Security responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account, TikTok account, devices, and workspace access secure. Do not share credentials or grant access to unauthorized people.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account, connected TikTok account, workspace, or Telegram session has been compromised.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party platform changes, TikTok API changes, Telegram changes, security issues, or other circumstances.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also limit or suspend access if needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or maintain service integrity.
9. Fees
Some features may be free, paid, or available by invitation. If paid features are offered, pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase or subscription. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges associated with your use.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not guarantee TikTok account growth, reach, engagement, approval of content, campaign performance, or continued availability of any third-party platform feature.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virality will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or platform account actions.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Virality for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you did not pay for the service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, use the service unlawfully, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational concerns.
After termination, some provisions will continue to apply, including sections about user responsibilities, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and any obligations that by their nature should survive.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy available at /tiktok/privacy.
