Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the virality.tg service (hereinafter — the Platform) may obtain about the User while the User uses the Platform, its programs and products.
1. Definitions
- 1.1 This Policy uses the following terms:
- 1.1.1 'Platform Administration' (hereinafter — Administration) — authorized persons who manage the Platform, organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, and determine the purposes of processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) with personal data.
- 1.1.2 'Personal data' — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).
- 1.1.3 'Processing of personal data' — any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
- 1.1.4 'Confidentiality of personal data' — a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.
- 1.1.5 'Platform' — the virality.tg service, its web pages, products, programs, and subdomains.
- 1.1.6 'Subdomains' — pages or groups of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the Platform, as well as other temporary pages.
- 1.1.7 'Platform User' (hereinafter — User) — a person who has access to the Platform via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the Platform.
- 1.1.8 'Cookies' — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time they try to open a page on the relevant site.
2. General Provisions
- 2.1 Use of the Platform by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
- 2.2 If the User disagrees with the terms of the Policy, the User must stop using the Platform.
- 2.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to the Platform. The Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites accessible via links on the Platform.
- 2.4 The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
- 3.1 This Policy establishes the Administration's obligations to not disclose and to protect the personal data that the User provides at the Administration's request when registering on the Platform or using its features.
- 3.2 The personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User during authorization on the Platform and includes the following information:
- 3.2.1 The User's Telegram username.
- 3.3 The Platform protects data automatically transmitted when visiting pages: IP address, cookies information, and referrer (address of the previous page).
- 3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in inability to access Platform sections that require authorization.
- 3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (browsing history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is securely stored and not distributed, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Policy.
- 3.5 All mandatory data collected by the Administration is additionally encrypted and securely stored in encrypted form.
- 3.6 The User may delete their Platform account at any time by contacting support.
4. Purpose of Collecting User Personal Data
- 4.1 The Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:
- 4.2 To identify the User registered on the Platform for further authorization.
- 4.3 To provide the User with access to personalized Platform data.
- 4.4 To establish feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests related to the use of the Platform, and processing the User's requests and applications.
- 4.5 To create an account for certain sections of the Platform, if the User has consented to account creation.
- 4.6 To notify the User via Telegram.
- 4.7 To provide technical support for issues related to using the Platform.
- 4.8 To provide the User, with their consent, with special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Platform.
- 4.9 To provide necessary feedback to the User.
5. Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Data
- 5.1 Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without a time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without them.
- 5.2 The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.
- 5.3 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration may not notify the User.
- 5.4 The Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
- 5.5 The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- 6.1 The User has the right to:
- 6.1.1 Make a voluntary decision to provide personal data necessary to use the Platform and consent to its processing.
- 6.1.2 Update or supplement the provided personal data if it changes.
- 6.1.3 The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, unless this right is restricted by law. The User may demand that the Administration clarify, block, or destroy personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing. To do this, it is sufficient to notify the Administration through support.
- 6.2 The Administration is obliged to:
- 6.2.1 Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Policy.
- 6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User's prior written consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User's transferred personal data, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Policy.
- 6.2.3 Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to procedures usually used for such information in business practice.
- 6.2.4 Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User's request or the request of their legal representative or authorized authority for the protection of personal data subjects for the period of verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.
7. Liability of the Parties
- 7.1 Access to the Platform is authorized via the User's Telegram account. The User is responsible for keeping this access secure. The User must not transfer their authorized account to third parties.
- 7.2 The Administration is not responsible to the User for losses or damage related to loss or leakage of personal data for reasons beyond the Administration's control.
- 7.3 The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from use or inability to use the Platform or individual services, unauthorized access to User communications, or statements or behavior of third parties on the Platform.
- 7.4 The Administration is not responsible for information posted by the User on the Platform.
8. Additional Terms
- 8.1 The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
- 8.2 The new Policy comes into force upon posting on the Platform unless otherwise specified by the new Policy version.
- 8.3 All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy should be sent to support.
- 8.4 The current Privacy Policy is available on the Platform.
