Virality provides a Telegram-based workflow tool for creators, account owners, and marketing teams who schedule and coordinate TikTok content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the TikTok-related features of the service.

The service is designed for content scheduling and collaboration. It helps creators manage their own TikTok accounts and helps authorized team members coordinate content workflows through TikTok OAuth and the official TikTok API. It is not intended for unauthorized access, scraping, spam, or hidden automation.

We may collect account and contact information such as your Telegram identifier, Telegram username, display name, language settings, and information you provide while communicating with the bot.

When you connect a TikTok account, the account is authenticated individually via TikTok OAuth and the official TikTok API. Depending on the permissions shown in the OAuth screen and approved by you, we may receive basic TikTok account information, account identifiers, profile metadata, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration data, and other data needed to provide the requested scheduling or collaboration functionality.

We may collect content workflow data such as draft titles, captions, planned posting dates, notes, approval statuses, team comments, account labels, campaign names, and other information you choose to add to the service.

We may collect technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, approximate region, logs, error reports, and security events to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

We use information to provide the service, including account connection, content scheduling, workflow organization, team collaboration, reminders, support, security monitoring, and troubleshooting.

We use TikTok OAuth tokens and official TikTok API access only to provide functionality that you request or approve. We do not use connected accounts for hidden automation, unauthorized posting, scraping, engagement manipulation, or any action that is not initiated or consented to by the user.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage patterns and improve reliability, but we do not use that information to identify individual users.

Each TikTok account must be connected separately by the account owner or an authorized user through OAuth and the official TikTok API. The OAuth flow shows the permissions requested before access is granted.

No TikTok account is connected without user action. No automation is performed without user consent. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to connect and manage any TikTok account used with the service.

You may stop using the bot, disconnect your TikTok account, revoke access through TikTok where available, or contact us to request deletion of account-related data.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate hosting, databases, analytics, security, support, and messaging infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

If you use collaboration features, information related to shared accounts, schedules, drafts, notes, and approvals may be visible to team members that you invite or authorize.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid request from a competent authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, security, and integrity of our users, our service, or others.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep necessary business records.

OAuth tokens and account connection data are retained only while the account remains connected or while retention is reasonably required for security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it according to our operational processes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These safeguards may include access controls, encrypted transport, limited employee access, and operational monitoring.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should keep your Telegram and TikTok accounts secure, avoid sharing access with unauthorized people, and notify us if you believe your account or workspace has been compromised.

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take steps intended to protect personal information according to applicable privacy laws and this Privacy Policy.

The service is intended for business and creator workflows and is not directed to children. You must be old enough to use TikTok, Telegram, and this service under the rules and laws that apply to you.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to request a copy of information associated with your account.
